The role:

Located in Derrimut, we are looking for a Trade Assistant with Mechanical aptitude for an IMMEDIATE START!

You must be available to start immediately and work Monday to Friday.

This is a great opportunity to earn some serious $$$

Role:

Assist in fault finding and troubleshooting of machinery

Operating workshop equipment, overhauling and repairing valves, pneumatic tooling and other associated equipment.

Maintain, Service & Complete any modifications to machinery

Assemble and Disassemble machinery

Maintaining a safe working environment

About You:

Preferred knowledge and experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics and refrigeration

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Experience in assisting trades (maintenance fitters)

Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn

Fitting & Turning experience is desirable

Experience with shut down projects

Good attitude towards safety

Team player
