Role Overview:

As a Trade Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced fencing professionals to support various aspects of our projects. From assisting with the installation and maintenance of fencing structures to ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial fencing structures.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from senior team members and contribute to the completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Medium Rigid License will be looked upon favourably
• Welding experience will be looked upon favourably
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Prior experience in a trade based environment preferred.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence

Candidates must have full working rights within Australia.

Candidates will be required to undergo a Police Check on successful application prior to starting with H&B Fencing.

This will start as a casual hourly contract with the option to become a full time employee after probation.
