We are partnered with a Developer-builder with a strong reputation in the industry. They have delivered a wide variety of high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. They've got a strong pipeline of work in the billions, accompanied by a strong delivery team who are well-established and experienced. Due to ongoing wins, they need to add additional headcount to their team.

The Role

They have a number of different residential apartments and mixed-use developments set to start, Experience with $100M + and $200M + developments is highly desirable we require an experienced Site Manager to join them and oversee projects moving forward. The build is high-rise residential and will be delivered over a two-year program.

You’ll report to the Project Manager and be responsible for day-to-day site operations — managing trades, driving the program, safety, and ensuring quality is where it needs to be. It’s a technically challenging project, so you’ll need to be confident taking the lead from early works through to handover.

What You’ll Need

• Trade background (ideally Carpentry)
• Experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally $100M+
• Strong background in residential or mixed-use construction
• Confident with program management, BCA, ITPs, and site systems
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Able to drive quality, safety, and performance on-site
