About the Opportunity:
A well-established mid-tier builder is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the reins on a $30M+ commercial and hospitality fitout project in the South Sydney area. Known for delivering architecturally driven, high-end spaces, this team values leaders who are solutions-focused, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Project:
This landmark project involves a major transformation of a commercial space into a high-end hospitality venue, requiring intricate coordination across trades, logistics, and design intent. The site team will grow as the project ramps up, and will be supported by:

• A Project Director overseeing delivery strategy
• An Overseeing Foreman focused on day-to-day operations
• Roving Safety Officer ensuring site compliance
• Dedicated Contract Administrator managing procurement and financials
• Project Management team ensuring alignment across program and client expectations

About The Role:

• End-to-end site leadership: from setup and structure through to final finishes and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and consultants across high-spec build elements
• Ensure OH&S compliance, site discipline, and adherence to program
• Collaborate with in-house project management, design, and commercial teams
• Manage day-to-day site reporting, progress updates, and issue resolution
• Drive program and productivity as numbers on site ramp up

About You:

• Proven track record delivering hospitality, F&B, or commercial fitout/refurbishment projects $10M+
• Strong technical knowledge of high-end joinery, sequencing, and finishes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management
• Current White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets
