Our long established commercial Mechanical Services/Project Management company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to run HVAC projects independently and with the drive to see the task through to completion without constant oversight.

Air Dynamics Control & Services (ADCS) is a smaller but prominent team that consistently delivers projects for significant large industry companies. We have friendly work environment with Project Managers (PMs) working closely with the Directors of the company.

The ideal candidate has;

At minimum 3 years experience managing commercial HVAC projects

Strong organisational skills

Is self-motivated and has the ability to work independently and in a team

Understands WHS protocols

Has good communication skills

A strong commitment to work

Current driver's licence is required

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and HVAC design tools preferred

Must have permanent Australian work rights

Projects include but are not limited to, complete HVAC fitouts with associated electrical, plumbing, fire, controls and building works, chiller upgrades and life cycle replacement
