As our Sales Estimator you will work closely with our experienced team, including our Sales Consultant/Estimator and company directors, to learn the ropes of sales, quoting, and client relationship management. This is an incredible opportunity for a tradesperson looking to transition off the tools and into a stable, long-term, and rewarding career path in the HVAC industry.

What you will do as our Sales Estimator:

Assist in preparing accurate and competitive quotes for air conditioning installations.

Join site visits with experienced team members to understand customer needs and system requirements.

Learn to use estimating software and internal systems to support the sales process.

Collaborate with the install department to ensure a smooth handover from quote to project delivery.

Build client-facing confidence and industry-specific knowledge with full support and mentoring.

Who you are:

5+ years' experience as a technician or tradesperson (ideally HVAC or similar).

Keen to learn and develop a new skill set in sales, estimating, and client management.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with customers and colleagues.

Ready for a fresh challenge and a long-term career move off the tools.

Motivated by personal growth and future earning potential.

Able to provide a current National Police Clearance certificate.

Able to pass Drug and Alcohol and Medical Screening.
