About the Role

We are looking for a driven, bubbly and ambitious Sales Design Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotes for residential and commercial bathroom and kitchen renovation projects. Your ability to assess job requirements, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure pricing aligns with project needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend site visits to assess project requirements
• Draw and design bathrooms and kitchens using drawing software like Sketch Up
• Measure and estimate material and labour costs
• Prepare and send detailed and professional quotes
• Liaise with clients to discuss scope, pricing, and timelines
• Follow up on quotes and address client enquiries
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations, sales, and estimating
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in quoting software or Microsoft Excel (training provided if needed)
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites
