Estimator / Technical Sales & Quoting Specialist – Architectural & Premium Concrete Solutions

With a strong pipeline of projects and a growing client base, this respected WA-based concrete and construction engineering group delivering high-end concrete packages across residential, commercial, and civil developments. We’re seeking a confident, construction-savvy professional to take on a hybrid quoting, client liaison, and technical sales role.

Overview This role is ideal for someone with experience in architectural or premium concrete finishes, who understands the expectations of builders, architects, and residential clients — and can confidently scope and quote concrete-related work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes and technical recommendations for concrete works, surface treatments, and equipment
• Liaise with residential builders, architects, and commercial contractors to understand specifications and site conditions
• Provide guidance on formwork, finish quality, curing methods, sealers, colour systems, and surface protection
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage materials, lead times, and delivery requirements
• Maintain pricing accuracy, margin awareness, and clear documentation
• Represent the business professionally across phone, site visits, and walk-in consultations
• Work across driveways, alfresco areas, architectural slabs, pool surrounds, and commercial feature finishes

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of architectural or high-end concrete applications
• Strong understanding of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement
• Experience with surface preparation, polish/hone systems, sealing, and post-finish care
• Proven ability to work with residential and commercial construction clients
• Solid quoting and cost estimation skills
• Excellent communication and ability to manage expectations with builders and homeowners
• Strong computer skills and confident use of quoting or CRM systems
• Driver’s licence required; site-based interaction expected
