• ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS VIC, WA. WFH Hybrid

About the role - Salesforce Business Analyst

Liaise with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.

Duties - Salesforce Business Analyst

• Map end-to-end processes whilst consulting with the Business and Tech side to support the program of work
• Model the current and future state whilst engaging with business area to identify risks and opportunities
• Think, visualise and demonstrate systems approach, dependencies and processes that is platform agnostic

Skills / Experience - Salesforce Business Analyst

• Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory
• Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries
• Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments
