Responsibilities

• Conduct research, interviews, and workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse and model information to reconcile conflicts and differentiate business needs from solution ideas.
• Support Change Management activities to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and provide leadership to fellow analysts.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex ICT environments.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Demonstrated capability in leading analysis and planning activities.
