�� The Opportunity As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead analysis and solution design across projects supporting legislative and regulatory reform.
• Translate complex problems into actionable requirements and user-friendly solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, map user journeys, and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, SMEs, and business units in a dynamic Agile environment.
• Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and play a vital role in shaping AMSA’s future systems.

✅ We’re Looking For

To succeed, you’ll bring:

1. 5+ years’ experience delivering Business Analyst services within federal or state government.
2. Advanced technical writing skills and a record of producing high-quality documentation.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse groups.
4. A relevant Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
5. Proven experience supporting regulatory or legislative change initiatives.
6. Domain expertise in safety, compliance, or public sector service delivery.

⭐ Highly Regarded

• Experience in emergency management, incident response, or public safety services.
• Hands-on use of Agile tools (Azure DevOps) and Agile facilitation experience.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Dynamics365, SmartIQ, and HTML-based forms.
• Exposure to identity management and regulatory data platforms.
