We are one of 18 water corporations operating and reporting to the State Government of Victoria.

We are responsible for servicing over 23,000 customers from 27 townships across an area covering 300 square kilometres, encompassing Millowl (Phillip Island) and mainland communities from The Gurdies to Archies Creek.

The region has one of the highest ratios of visitors to residents of any destination in Australia. During peak periods, there can be approximately 120 visitors to every resident.

About the role - 12-month, Full time - backfill position

Band 5 ($77,132 to $98,069)

We're looking for an experienced AMIS Coordinator to oversee and administer of our Asset Management Information System (AMIS) and Works Management System (WMS). You'll ensure data accuracy, support preventative maintenance, and help the organisation meet its statutory and environmental obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and ongoing improvement of AMIS and WMS in line with corporate strategies.
• Manage and maintain data integrity across systems, including asset and maintenance records.
• Coordinate work orders and reporting related to preventative maintenance and asset capitalisation.
• Train and support system users to ensure capability and adoption across the organisation.
• Contribute to asset management planning and support the implementation of our Asset Management System.
• Contribute to the AMIS replacement project, data migration, and system transition.
• Assist with compliance reporting to regulatory bodies and participate in audits.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting activities in coordination with finance.

• Strong understanding of asset and works management systems.
• Experience in data management, system administration, and user training.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
