Bridie O'Reilly's is a busy late night Irish pub in the heart of Chapel Street, South Yarra. We are currently recruiting a new full-time Duty Manager.

If you have had a minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisor/duty manager or similar role and are ready to use your skills, we would like to hear from you.

You will be in charge of running the day-to-day operations with a "hands on" management style to ensure a smooth operation and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Applicants should note the following key requirements:

* Minimum 1 years’ experience as a supervisor or duty manager.

* Has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality

* Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate staff

* Strong product knowledge with a keenness to further improve learning and development

* Excellent customer service with the ability to up sell

* Computer literate

* Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* Hold a current Victorian RSA certificate

* Must have full working rights with no restrictions
