Our firm is a dynamic and fast-growing chartered accountancy firm based in North Sydney. Due to our strong growth and the depth of opportunities in our client base, an opportunity exists for a new senior person to join our team.

This is a highly strategic hire for our business. The successful person will have a clear path progression within a relatively short period of time.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes;

1) Proven track record in managing compliance work for a diverse client base across various industry sectors and turnovers in excess of $20m.

2) Australian Tax and Compliance. Full knowledge of Australian taxation compliance including tax returns, BAS and IAS, PAYG and high level taxation planning.

3) CA preferred.

4) Ideally would have a following of clients

5) High level interpersonal skills and capacity to be very consultative with clients, seeking additional services and providing proactive and value-added services.

6) Proficiency in our software tools such as Xero, FYI and Class Super is an advantage.

The firm will provide excellent mentoring and staff training and work closely with our existing team offshore and in Australia. The full staff compliment of the P Squared business is currently 12.
