The Role in a Nutshell

Your mission? To be the ultimate vibe creator at our office! You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while supporting our busy team. Here is what you will be doing:

• Greeting and assisting clients with a smile that brightens their day.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails like a pro.
• Keeping our office looking sharp and organised.
• Supporting team members with admin tasks (you’re the glue that holds us together)

Your our Ideal Person If….

• You’re a people person with top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’re so organized, your to-do lists have to-do lists.
• You’re cool under pressure, can multi-task and love a fast-paced environment.
• You’ve got some experience in reception or admin (bonus points if it’s in real estate but not a deal breaker).
