We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the face of our business and assist both our superstar Property Managers and Sales team.

Mandatory:

• 3+ years Front of house/office or Customer service experience attending a reception desk (answering phones, emails, welcoming customers)

• 1+ year Administration experience (inc. maintain records and word processing)

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• Excellent customer service with a positive can do attitude!

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

• Available business hours Monday – Friday (limited flexibility offered for the right candidate, e.g. highly experienced working parent)

Preferred:

• Real Estate / Administration experience
