Marketing Coordinator – Eye & Laser Surgeons
Bondi Junction | Flexible Role (Part-Time, Contract, or Casual)

Eye & Laser Surgeons is a leading ophthalmology practice based in Bondi Junction & Miranda, specialising in laser vision correction procedures, premium cataract surgery, and a range of other eye surgery.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator with experience in the health or vision care space. This is a position with flexible hours and ideal for someone looking to apply their skills in a high-impact clinical setting.

About the Role:

· Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & our website

· Write engaging content for social media, newsletters & blog articles

· Coordinate events including CPD meetings, webinars & referrer functions

· Assist in drafting or editing medical journal articles and patient education material

· Creating educational materials for patients (video and written content)

· Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms

· Collaborate with our clinical and admin teams to communicate clearly with patients and referrers

· Utilise Customer Relationship Management software

About You:

· Previous marketing experience in refractive surgery, ophthalmology, or optometry is highly valued

· Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor tone for different audiences

· Proficient with digital image and video creation, eg with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar platforms

· Organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail

· Comfortable working independently while being a team player

· Bonus: Experience liaising with referrers, media, or professional bodies
