Admin & Accounts Assistant ~ Office All-Rounder
Permanent part time – 3 days per week
North Sydney (Victoria Cross)
$40.00 per hour plus Super
HACCP Australia is a successful food science company, undertaking a wide range of food safety and food technology work throughout Australia and overseas on behalf of high-profile food, and food industry related companies.
About the Role:
Support day-to-day operations to keep the office running smoothly.
Be proficient with using Microsoft Office programs
Manage MYOB, administration and data entry (Accounts Payable & Receivable) ~ no BAS as we have a Bookkeeper
Answer phones and respond to client emails in a professional manner.
General administration duties
Typing and data entry into CRM software
You will support a number of people here and others located around Australia as well as in offices in Oceania, The UK, Japan and Hong Kong.
About You:
Experience in office administration
Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Friendly, proactive, and capable of working independently & with the team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great team player with a positive attitude with a flexible take on additional tasks as the role grows
