About the Role

In this consultative role, you’ll be the go-to expert for showcasing how powerful websites can drive performance, not just look pretty. This role requires strategic big-picture thinking and capable hands-on delivery. You’ll guide clients through redesigns, landing pages, and new site builds (from our templated designs), that elevate their brand and effectively communicate their value.

You’ll be charged with growing and marketing our website offering within the financial services industry. You will be provided with qualified leads and will also need to develop strategies to develop leads from our database and existing industry relationships.

You’ll scope projects, manage timelines, and liaise with creatives and manage client expectations.

Working with our templated website offering, you’ll be responsible for customising and tailoring client websites, bringing their vision to life.

About You

Experience in digital sales, project management, or web development scoping

A strong grasp of copywriting, UX, and digital marketing platforms

Proficiency with WordPress websites and Elementor

Confidence in communicating timelines, budgets, and big ideas

A customer-first mindset, with curiosity, ambition, and drive baked in

Support the close-knit team in growing our other marketing services including the newsletter and social media offering.

You must also have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms.

In depth knowledge of WordPress and Elementor to support you customising and maintaining websites.

Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO/SEM best practices.

Exceptional copywriting skills and demonstrated experience in marketing communications.

Desirable Experience:

Experience in the financial services industry working with financial advice, accounting and mortgage broking firms.

Deep understanding of digital platforms including Meta, Google, SEO, Social Media and CRO

Leveraging AI to create efficiencies within your role
