About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital projects including new builds, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades. Working across the defence, commercial, education, and retail sectors, you will be responsible for planning, stakeholder management, procurement, delivery, and project governance.

This role suits someone confident leading multiple concurrent projects while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including government representatives, operators, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects from planning to completion, ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Lead design and delivery meetings; manage consultant and contractor performance.
• Prepare and administer project documentation including contracts, specifications, and tenders.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, particularly in operational environments.
• Provide clear, timely project reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Champion project governance processes and frameworks.

About You:
You are an emotionally intelligent, commercially minded Project Manager with:

• A relevant qualification in engineering, construction, or project management.
• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery within construction or infrastructure environments.
• Experience working on both contractor and/or client or consultancy side.
• Familiarity with PPP project frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. PCG, PWG, Board papers).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of Project Governance and PMO environments.
• Eligibility for Baseline Security Clearance and a valid National Police Check (within 3 months).
