Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

This role involves providing advice, processing applications and promoting opportunities to help students access the resources they need.

Position Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support a diverse student community and communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
An understanding of equity and social justice principles, with the ability to apply these when supporting students.
Proven organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and resolve administrative issues with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based systems and Customer Relationship Management tools, with the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures relevant to scholarships and student support.
