About the Position
Join a collaborative and supportive team at Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, where wellbeing, flexibility, and professional growth are valued.
Reporting to the Manager of Curriculum and Accreditation, this full-time role sits within the Curriculum Team and supports the planning and delivery of Health Sciences programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating curriculum operations and academic administration
Managing timetabling, subject availabilities, and resource planning
Providing high-level advice and support to academic and professional staff
Enhancing the student experience through effective service delivery
This would suit a service-oriented professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. It offers opportunities for cross-training and career progression within the Faculty.
About the Person
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.
You’ll be a strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across the Faculty and University.
Key attributes include:
High-level administrative skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel)
Experience with systems such as iLearn, Student One, WRB, and curriculum platforms
Ability to implement and maintain effective quality processes
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering excellent service.
Salary Details
The salary for the position will commence at $80,787.14 plus 12% superannuation per annum.
