We’re looking for a high-performance Developer Relationship Manager to join our team and take full ownership of developer and builder relationships, stock flow, documentation accuracy, and Strategist support.

About the Role
As a Developer Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire property stock lifecycle—from developer engagement and project onboarding to tracking EOIs and settlements, resolving issues, and enabling internal teams. You’ll act as the commercial and operational bridge between vendors and our internal sales teams, with full accountability for accuracy, responsiveness, and project integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage relationships with developers and builders across a designated project portfolio
• Secure and maintain stock allocations in active and upcoming projects
• Track project pipeline, monitor sell-through, and escalate risks when needed
• Prepare sales packs including comparable data, strategy insights, and Loom video explainers
• Maintain 100% data and document accuracy in the internal property portal
• Provide Strategists with fast, accurate responses to all stock-related questions
• Handle all escalations involving extensions, late fees, contract errors, or amendments
• Sign off on rental appraisals, DDRs, RGs, and ensure documentation meets company standards

What You’ll Need
• 3–5+ years in residential property acquisitions, development, or project marketing
• Strong understanding of off-the-plan and house & land property processes
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
• Attention to detail in contracts, pricing, and documentation
• Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace, and internal property systems
