Our Client
Our client is a private development group who have been in operation for 40+ years and have a healthy pipeline of luxury apartment and townhouse developments. This group are currently seeking an Assistant Development Manager to their close-knit team.

The Role
Working closely with a Senior Development Manager, this role will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle across luxury apartment and townhouse developments. Heavily involved in the day-to-day management of the developments, you will focus on coordinating design/town planning, liaising with internal sales/marketing teams, managing authority and government relationships and exposure to feasibilities and reporting.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development or client side project management.
• Experience in the residential sector is a must
• Strong understanding of design and town planning process
• Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
