Job Overview
Reporting to the Head Nurse, you’ll be a professional who takes pride in your work and has a superhero-level empathy for patients.
The Practice Nurse (RN) role will see you offer high-quality care while providing the best possible patient experience.
As one of three nurses, you’ll enjoy looking after our lovely patients in 15-minute appointments as standard. No churn and burn. No rushing patients out the door.
You’ll have every opportunity to provide personalised care and preventative health advice, and enjoy fantastic administrative support who do all the recalls.
This new role would ideally suit you if you’re a Practice Nurse who’s looking to bolster their career in a high-end, private billing general practice.
You’ll work alongside some of the loveliest people, including a team of six other front desk staff, 16 GPs, an Office Manager, and a Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Travel, childhood and adult immunisations
Chronic Condition Management plans and health assessments
Assisting with minor procedures (skin excisions, IUD insertion)
Treatment room stock management
Cold chain management
Liquid nitrogen, wound management, ear syringing etc.
Basic patient triage if required
Iron infusions (training provided as needed)
Stock ordering and inventory management
Essential Skills and Attributes
Registered nurse (Division 1) – with a current practising certificate of registration with AHPRA
Prior general practice experience
Qualified nurse immuniser
Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate (CPR)
Computer literacy
Australian or NZ citizenship
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience using Best Practice software
An appreciation of diversity and inclusiveness.
To be considered for the position, you must:
Hold a current Working with Children Check.
Have some customer service experience.
Have a recent National Police Check or be willing to apply for one.
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen.
