Linchpin Digital is looking for a strategic, data-driven Performance Media Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns for our service-based and B2B clients. This is not an eCommerce role. Our clients include professional services firms, dealerships, engineering businesses, and other high-trust industries. Your work will directly contribute to their growth through thoughtful strategy and measurable results.
You’ll manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, taking full ownership of planning, execution, optimisation, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms relevant to service-based businesses.
Own the full performance marketing funnel including campaign strategy, audience targeting, ad creative briefing, landing page conversion, and lead generation.
Write ad copy and work collaboratively with our in-house graphic designers to produce creative assets that align with campaign goals.
Manage client communications including monthly meetings, performance reports, and ongoing email updates.
Build and manage campaign roadmaps with timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs.
Use GA4 and other analytics tools to extract insights and continuously improve campaign performance.
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution, and oversee tag setup and QA through Google Tag Manager and similar platforms.
Monitor budget pacing and forecast conversions, while reporting on results in a clear and meaningful way.
Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends, actively testing new strategies where appropriate.
Contribute to strategic planning sessions and collaborate with internal team members to drive campaign success.

Requirements
3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance media, particularly across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Agency or client-facing experience is a strong advantage.
Experience working with service-based or B2B brands.
Proven track record of improving performance KPIs through strategic testing and data-driven decision making.
Strong copywriting skills for paid advertising, including headlines, descriptions, and hooks.
Skilled at data visualisation and confident in presenting insights to clients.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms such as Looker Studio.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple campaigns and clients
