We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant who is eager to grow in the world of audio-visual systems, luxury tech, and customer experience. You’ll join a small, tight-knit team and work closely with senior consultants to learn the ropes and contribute to daily showroom activity, client consultations, and after-sales support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming clients into our Osborne Park showroom and providing a first-class customer experience
Supporting senior consultants in preparing proposals and product presentations
Learning and staying current with our brands and product offerings
Helping manage inventory, displays, and showroom upkeep
Following up with customers, assisting with order updates and service queries
Gradually progressing toward managing your own clients and sales
About You
Passion for audio, technology, design or interiors
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Eager to learn and grow in a sales/technical environment
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
Drivers licence and ability to travel to client sites occasionally
Experience with Apple devices, Sonos, or smart home products a plus
