About the Role

• 2-6 week Temporary Assignment
• Based in Zetland | On-site parking
• $46 per hour + super + mileage
• Open to flexible hours
• Manage a tidy portfolio of 160 properties, no leasing or accounts responsibilities
• Portfolio span Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Eastlakes, Top Ryde areas
• Property management programs: PropertyTree, Air Table, Inspection Manager, Flikitover, and InspectRealEstate
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing property portfolios end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems, and software
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Clean driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
