NDIS Finance & Billing Coordinator

Nexus Care Services is on the lookout for an experienced NDIS Finance & Billing Coordinator to take the reins on billing, payroll oversight, and proactive revenue capture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, loves refining systems, and enjoys working directly with clients and internal teams to get things right.

About the role

You’ll own the full billing and finance cycle, applying the NDIS price guide, resolving claim errors, working closely with Service Managers, and supporting internal teams to ensure every hour of support is billed and paid correctly. You’ll be the go-to for queries around funding, billing issues, and finance systems. You’ll also play a key role in payroll accuracy and help improve how we do things every day.

What you’ll bring

3–5 years in a finance or billing role (NDIS sector highly regarded)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Working knowledge of the NDIS pricing guide and SCHADS Award

Confidence engaging with clients, families, and support coordinators

Experience using systems like Xero, Careview, SupportAbility or similar

A knack for spotting errors and streamlining processes

Strong communication and follow-through

Bonus points if you:

Have experience with Flowlogic or similar platforms
