The Company

This privately-owned asset management group operates at scale across agriculture, infrastructure and commercial property, with a strong operational footprint and a sharp, well-structured corporate office. Their finance function is split between fund-level teams (supporting the operational assets) and a high-performing Corporate Services team, which supports the holding entities, group-level reporting and internal cost recovery processes. This role sits in that corporate finance team — supporting core transactional functions and playing a key part in keeping the group’s financial operations accurate, compliant and well-coordinated.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, varied Finance Officer role covering accounts payable, cost allocations, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations across multiple entities. You’ll work closely with two corporate accountants and report to the CFO, becoming a trusted point of contact for teams across the business, from site staff to senior executives.

Key responsibilities include:

Raising and entering purchase orders in ProSpend

Following up approval workflows with stakeholders

Running fortnightly payment cycles (mid and end-of-month)

Processing intercompany transactions and bank entries

Managing recoverable cost invoicing

Performing bank reconciliations across 10+ accounts

Uploading and maintaining data accuracy across MYOB, Dynamics 365 and Excel

Assistantig in Month end preparataion

About You

You’re a detail-oriented finance all-rounder with strong AP skills and a clear, confident communication style. You’re happy working in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable picking up the phone to follow up senior stakeholders when needed.

You’ll bring:

Solid experience in accounts payable or finance administration

Familiarity with MYOB and/or Dynamics 365 (or ability to learn quickly)

Strong reconciliation and data accuracy discipline

Confidence working across multiple entities

A proactive, helpful mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities
