We’re looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join our energetic team in a busy city café. This full-time role is perfect for someone with strong leadership and hospitality skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations

• Lead and support FOH staff

• Manage stock and suppliers

• Ensure service and hygiene standards

• Deliver great customer service

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years in a supervisory hospitality role

• Strong communication and multitasking

• Barista & POS experience (preferred)

Salary: $68,000–$77,000 + super

Preferably Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents
