The Role

As a Report Writer, you’ll focus on crafting high-quality reports. Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll work independently to ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet client expectations. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Maroochydore office, offering a dynamic environment perfect for those who love the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, accurate body corporate reports using provided templates.

Ensure reports meet deadlines and client requirements.

Maintain consistency in report formats and content.

Use document management systems (M-Files) to organise and store reports.

Review own work for accuracy and completeness before submission.

Experience: 2+ years in technical writing, report preparation, or documentation creation.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for accuracy and consistency.
