your role
You’ll step into a key role as Trust Accountant, working as part of a close-knit, high-functioning team. You’ll manage day-to-day trust accounting functions and contribute to process improvements in a business that values precision, communication and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing trust accounting for a mixed commercial portfolio
• Completing reconciliations, disbursements and EOM financial reporting
• Overseeing accounts payable/receivable and tenant invoicing
• Collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders and auditors
• Assisting with budget preparation, compliance and streamlining processes

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Experience in a commercial real estate trust accounting role
• Strong working knowledge of trust compliance and audit preparation
• Exposure to systems like Property Tree, Cirrus8, Console Gateway or similar
• A high attention to detail, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
