We are a well-respected specialty art consultancy providing both custom art project solutions to major hotels as well as providing a range of photographic and art prints to the design and homewares industry in Australia. We are experts in creating gallery quality fine art prints and in house framing services.
About the Role…
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Administration and Customer Liaison to join our team. In this key role, you will help ensure seamless daily operations, provide outstanding customer support, and manage a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage a high volume of customer enquiries
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Welcome and assist all customers and visitors
Accurately process orders across all Sales channels
Allocate customer payments via Shopify, PayPal, Afterpay
Produce timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
Preparation and booking of orders for dispatch
Liaise with numerous carriers & Licenced installers
Liaise with external Agents and Reps
Manage and maintain inventory records
Maintain a professional and inviting showroom presentation
About you…
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Prior experience in administration and/or customer service
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality service
Prior knowledge and experience using inventory-based software
Strong computer skills including sound knowledge of the MS Excel
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to remain calm & efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
