We’re working with a specialist firm known for their work across property, strata, commercial, construction, and litigation. With exciting growth in both their litigation and commercial/property teams, looking for driven lawyers based in either their Brisbane CBD or Gold Coast office.

You’ll work directly with senior lawyers and partners, be involved in high-quality matters, and have genuine scope for career progression.

🧠 What You'll Bring
For Litigation Lawyers:

• 2–8 years’ PQE in commercial, construction, insolvency or general litigation
• Strong knowledge of QLD and Federal court processes (experience with QCAT is a bonus)
• Confident in managing and running your own files
• Skilled in alternative dispute resolution and client advisory

For Transactional/Property Lawyers:

• 2–8 years’ PQE in transactional property, strata, and commercial work
• Experience across matters like by-law drafting, strata titling, leasing, development agreements, and planning law
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and client-facing experience
