Property & Commercial Lawyer (2 Roles Available) | Brisbane

We are currently working with 2 leading law firms in Brisbane, each seeking talented and motivated lawyers with a background in property and commercial transactions. These are distinct opportunities across separate firms, each offering strong mentorship, exposure to quality work, and career development within collaborative and forward-thinking environments.

Role 1: Property & Business Transactions (3–7 PAE)
This position sits within a dedicated property team, working directly with senior lawyers on:

Business sales and acquisitions including management rights, motels, and rent rolls

Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing

Residential and commercial property transactions

What you'll need:

3–7 years’ PAE in property or commercial law

Experience across transactional property work

Familiarity with leasing, sale of land, and body corporate legislation

Strong drafting, communication, and client service skills

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Experience with strata or management rights is a bonus, though not essential.

Role 2: Property & General Commercial (2–5 PAE)
Supporting a well-regarded partner in a growing firm, this role offers autonomy and exposure to a range of work including:

Property sales and purchases

Commercial leasing

Business sale transactions

General commercial advisory

Ideal candidate profile:

2–5 years’ PAE in property and/or commercial law

Comfortable managing files independently

Proficient with PEXA and transactional processes

Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen

Eager to grow within a close-knit and high-performing team
