About the role

Spire Law is seeking a talented and driven Property & Commercial Lawyer to join our team in either our Beerwah, Caloundra, Cooroy, Maroochydore or Noosa offices. As a full-time Property & Commercial Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and support to our diverse client base across a range of property and commercial matters.

What you'll be doing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, and other legal documents

Advising clients on property transactions, including sales, purchases, and development projects

Providing guidance on commercial and corporate matters, such as business structuring and compliance

Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm's strategic objectives

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service

Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice as a solicitor in Australia

Minimum 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in property and commercial law

Strong understanding of property law, commercial contracts, and relevant regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services

Commitment to ongoing professional development and legal knowledge
