The Role:
If you're an experienced Property Lawyer (2 + Years PAE) with strong technical skills in a broad range of property transactions and with experience/interest in Wills & Estates, then we would love to hear from you. Your duties will include:

Managing a high-volume of property matters, including sale and purchase of residential and commercial real estate.

Advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and tailored trust structures, including testamentary trusts.

Managing estate administration, including applications for Probate and Letters of Administration.

Handling transactions across multiple jurisdictions - Qld, NSW, Vic, SA and WA

You will have support from a team that handles each key stage of the property process, and will work together collectively.

Bring with you:

A minimum of 2 years PAE as a Property Lawyer

A passion for property transactions

Experience in or a passion for Wills & Estates

A strong client focus

The ability to nurture relationships with key referrers and build new relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working in a collaborative environment

A keen eye for detail.
