Your Scope Includes:

Leading off-the-plan contracts from pre-contractual advice to settlement.

Managing major project matters, including three developments nearing registration.

Handling high-value transactions and disputes — up to $8 million.

Contributing to estate litigation work and wills, if this aligns with your experience.

Acting as a trusted advisor to both your clients and internal team.

Who You Are:

A seasoned Property Lawyer with 8+ years' PAE and deep experience in project work and off-the-plan contracts.

A confident communicator who thrives on client interaction and leadership.

Someone with a sharp commercial mind, strong attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.

Primarily office-based (Gold Coast location), but open to some flexibility.
