Role Responsibilities:

Extract accurate, complete scopes from complex drawings and site conditions

Prepare, package and manage subcontractor procurement and lettings

Administer subcontracts, assess claims, manage variations and reporting

Provide commercial input and margin optimisation through smart procurement and negotiation

Prepare and substantiate head contract variations and payment documentation

Support delivery teams on multiple projects, including live and remote environments

Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to problem-solve

Role Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years’ Contract Administration experience on commercial projects

Strong commercial and financial acumen with procurement expertise

Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Comfortable navigating drawings and interpreting architectural and services documentation

White Card and valid driver’s licence

Proficiency in Procore or similar construction software

Team-first attitude – collaborative, dependable, and professional

Highly Regarded (Advantageous to Have but not a Must Have):

BuildLogic and 1Breadcrumb experience

Experience in live-site or remote project delivery

Microsoft Project capability

Ability to participate in WHS risk assessments and design coordination

Defence project or clearance experience (Common Access Card)

Passion for continuous learning and upskilling
