The Opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Sales Professional with a strong affinity for the architectural & interior design community. Someone who thrives on building relationships with specifiers and design teams, and who is passionate about the impact of lighting on built environments across a range of applications.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with architects, interior designers, and electrical consultants to have the full lighting solutions specified. This will be across high-profile commercial, hospitality, and workplace projects. Your consultative approach will focus on helping clients achieve their aesthetic, functional & sustainability goals.
Develop and execute strategies to increase brand presence within the specification and design community, positioning the products as the preferred choice for innovative and wellness-focused environments.
Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with leading architectural and interior design firms, becoming a trusted advisor and resource throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay ahead of trends in architectural lighting, sustainability, and wellness, and represent the brand at industry events, presentations & CPD seminars.
Skills & Experience Needed
Demonstrated success in selling technical or design-led solutions to architects, interior designers, and specifiers, with a deep understanding of the specification process and project delivery cycles.
Appreciation for design principles and the ability to communicate the aesthetic and functional benefits of advanced lighting solutions.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Able to inspire confidence and articulate value to design professionals and project stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team, sharing insights and contributing to a culture of success and innovation.
Salary & Benefits
Base - $100,000 to $115,000
