As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a highly motivated, experienced, and compassionate Service Manager to join our leadership team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead day-to-day operations across multiple programs and locations. You’ll ensure service quality, manage a passionate support team, drive participant engagement, and maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise support workers and team leaders
Ensure service excellence across SIL, STA, community access, and personal care
Recruit and onboard new NDIS participants through active referral relationships
Oversee compliance, incident management, restrictive practices, and medication procedures
Review and maintain participant care plans in collaboration with families and allied health
Manage rosters to ensure service continuity and participant satisfaction
Represent Auslife in CTMs, audits, and with external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and support strategic growth initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in disability or community services management
Confident with NDIS standards, quality frameworks, and person-centred care
A strong communicator and natural leader
Highly organised and solutions-focused
Passionate about participant wellbeing and community inclusion
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a service coordination or management role
Cert IV in Disability, Diploma of Community Services, or equivalent
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR
COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health guidelines)
