About the role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving SeenCare’s growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships and strengthening relationships with referrers, stakeholders and community organisations. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base while maintaining our reputation for quality, integrity and excellence in service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS and broader healthcare sectors.
Build and manage relationships with referrers, support coordinators, hospitals, allied health professionals and community partners.
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with SeenCare’s vision and operational capacity.
Attend industry networking events, expos and professional forums to promote SeenCare’s services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new participants.
Prepare proposals, presentations and reports for management as required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support participant growth and business sustainability.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in business development in the NDIS, healthcare or community services sector.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models and service delivery requirements.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality service.
Current driver’s licence and the ability to travel as required.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare, with strong understanding of clinical processes and patient care principles.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Health, Disability or Community Services.
