Facility Manager - North Brisbane
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a Large, well-run aged care facility in North Brisbane.

This facility has a close-knit team of clinicians in place, and we are looking for a skilled leader who can effectively manage and communicate with both the executive management team and the on-site staff.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent managerial and communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service and the provision of high-quality care to residents.

• Oversee the overall operations of the small aged care facility
• Maintain ongoing communication with the executive management team
• Lead, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Manage financial budgets and resources effectively
• Pay attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrate resilience and determination in addressing challenges
• Foster a culture of dedication and passion for aged care

Requirements:

• Essential: Significant experience as a Facility Manager in aged care
• Excellent understanding of policies and procedures
• Proficient in managing financial budgets
• Strong knowledge of quality standards in aged care
• Passionate and dedicated to providing quality aged care
• Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team of staff
