What You'll Do

Be the technical hero behind transformative solutions:

Architect cutting-edge applications using .NET Core and React

Lead Dynamics 365 solution design with custom plugins and workflows

Design Azure integrations using Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and function apps

Drive data visualization strategies with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

Lead and mentor development teams while establishing technical standards

Guide client technical decisions and translate business vision into reality

Drive technical innovation and influence solution architecture decisions

Lead Large-Scale Government Projects: Take technical leadership on multi-year government initiatives combining Dynamics 365, Azure integration services, and citizen portals. These high-impact projects transform how government delivers services to the community, involving complex data integrations, secure portal development, and comprehensive workflow automation that serves thousands of users.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

Enterprise full-stack development experience - (.NET, React, MSSQL) with leadership experience

Enterprise integration experience - APIs, web services, system integrations

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

Strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder communication

Highly Valued:

Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 experience

Azure solution architecture expertise - Integration Services

Enterprise-scale project experience

Data modelling and analytics skills - Microsoft Fabric experience

Government or large enterprise project background

Technical Skills: .NET Core, React, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, Power BI, RESTful APIs
