Property Network of Australia is currently working with a top-tier global property agency to source a Temp Facilities Manager to work on one of its key national accounts, within the commercial office space in Brisbane’s CBD.

This initial 2-month contract offers an immediate start and a competitive rate of $66 per hour incl super.You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance, and contractor management as part of a commercial asset portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have previous or current experience working in a facilities management role within the property industry OR exposure to working within a premium-grade commercial asset environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day FM services across the site, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Engage and supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring works are completed to scope and on time
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the site, identifying issues and escalating appropriately
• Provide accurate reporting on building performance, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities
• Assist in budgeting, invoice processing, and CAPEX planning
• Maintain effective communication with tenants, stakeholders, and the broader property team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing commercial buildings or corporate environments
• A good understanding of WHS, compliance, and preventative maintenance
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Availability for an immediate start and flexibility to commit to the 2-month assignment
