About the role

We are seeking a passionate and talented Interior Designer's Assistant to join our dynamic team at Furniture Fitouts in Belmont, WA 6104 (Moving from Canning Vale in August). This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to contribute your skills and creativity to our residential staging and interior design projects.

What you'll be doing

Picking and packing linen, decor, and other small household items ready for dispatch

Cleaning & tidying in the warehouse

Unpacking of household items into properties

Making the beds, putting kitchen items away, tuning in the TV, setting the clock on the radio etc.

Preparing the property for photography - cleaning the furniture, vacuuming floors, ironing of quilt covers etc.

Taking photos of properties prior to installation, and after installation

Purchasing items from various retail stores around the Perth area

Overseeing sub-contractors on site

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar interior design assistant or support role

A keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and tradespeople

Must have current Australian Automatic Drivers Licence as a minimum
