Hey there! Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Pegasus Community Care is looking for a superstar to join their team as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will be making a real difference by supporting and growing NDIS funded disability services across NSW.

The Role
Your main focus will be on providing top-notch service to ensure that people with disabilities, their families, and guardians have the choice and control they deserve when it comes to their supports.
You will also be part of the team that is responsible for strategic growth. This includes engaging with Coordinators of Supports/ Planners to expand Services and ensure new participants smoothly transition into these programs, while providing support to existing programs and their awesome support staff.
We are looking for someone who thrives in challenging and diverse environments, with excellent people and organisational management skills. You will get to develop relationships with support coordinators, create cool media content, and track and record leads and referral conversations. Plus, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of participants and help with placement matching and assessments. To keep our operation on track you will manage our internal and external audits ensuring compliance and striving for industry best practice.
The role will be based in Sydney but will include oversight of the Hunter region programs.
What You Need
To be considered for this role you will have
Relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 5 years working in the community services sector, preferably in the disability sector including accommodation and community participation.
Demonstrated experience in oversight in SIL homes.
Ability to grow our business by using your sector connections and various marketing techniques.
Experience creating and managing service agreements.
You will understand budgets, billing and RoC’s.
Experience with the audit process.
A thorough understanding of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguards Commission.
High level management skills that support staff and create a culture that fosters learning, resilience, and excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solution-focused style & approach.
High level consultation skills and experience consulting with people with disabilities, their families and guardians to ensure that they have choice and control regarding the supports they receive.
Have a current unrestricted driver’s license.
Ability to provide on-call support on a rotating roster.
