Sakata Clinic is looking for a permanent part-time receptionist to join our newly established surgical practice.

The right candidate will be enthusiastic, empathetic, and pride themselves on creating an exceptional experience for our patients.

This position will be our front-of-office receptionist, serving as the first point-of-contact for patients who are phoning and visiting the office. You will make the first impression for our practice, which is vital to building trust in our services and making sure patients feel comfortable in our clinic.

You will work closely with our senior medical administration officer, supporting her by ensuring patients are responded to in a timely manner, paperwork has been prepared, and administration records are kept appropriately.

If successful, your roster will be discussed prior to commencement / accepting the position. We anticipate approximately three to four days per week. Please advise in your cover letter if you have any availability restrictions.

About Sakata Clinic

We are a new private colorectal surgical practice led by experienced colorectal surgeon A/Prof Shin Sakata. A/Prof Sakata places a high priority on patient care and expects this to be exemplified by all members of the team.

Our practice uses Gentu practice management software.
