This role will see you;

• Effective proof reading of correspondence, reports, contracts and leases
• scheduling meetings and appointments
• organizing Inspections
• executing Contract Agreements
• servicing sales/leasing campaigns
• handling tenant calls to the office
• preparing Property Sales and Leasing Submissions
• preparing Property Information Reports
• researching sales and leasing data as requested
• maintaining office database

ABOUT YOU

• Min 12 - 24 months experience as a PA in Real Estate / Property / Commercial
• Must hold a real estate certificate
